Rosmawati is a very assuring figure to have in the clinic. I appreciate her calls and response when resolving any situation with her extensive experience on the field.
Li Xuemei is a very attentive and bubbly personality who develops interpersonal relationships with patients by offering after-care advice. She performs her role proactively in the clinic.

I am very glad that Shizhen was the nurse who gave me an orientation on my first day in OPAT. She is very meticulous and focused when performing her duty. She also has a very calm personality which is very assuring for patients.

Suaidah is meticulous with her procedure and always provides very detailed explanation.

Overall, I am very glad to meet this team of nurses in OPAT as they are very dedicated and caring towards patients. Their individual approaches and personalities compliment each other and form a very unified team. As a first-time patient in OPAT, I feel especially assured and comfortable when receiving treatment and sharing any issues that I might face in the recovery journey.
