For many days, he was our caregiver in this ward.
He had a cheerful personality and worked very hard while going beyond his duty to make us feel more comfortable. He tried to lift our spirits when we were in pain and clearly in discomfort. We were always looking forward to see him when he was on duty.
He is a very dedicated staff and a blessing to all the patients in my ward.

After the consultation, I had to go to the pharmacy to collect my mum's medication. Sharon offered to keep an eye on my mum who was in the clinic while I went to the pharmacy.
At the pharmacy, I was surprised that my mum's queue number was called within 10 minutes. I realised that Sharon had asked the pharmacy to expedite the preparation of my mum's medication.
I was really grateful for her initiative to go out of her way to shorten our time required for the collection of my mum's medication, and made the visit to the hospital more comfortable for my mum.

The first thing that strikes you about Ganesan is his smiley and friendly face. He is helpful, cheerful, professional and goes out of his way to assist patients.
He is definitely someone who will perform duties beyond his work scope.
He is also very friendly with his fellow colleagues.
Ganesan really brightens up the day and is definitely an asset to the hospital. Thank you for the wonderful patient care.

Dr Thomas Soo, Head of Health & Wellness, Ms Seow Muay Muay, Assistant Nurse Clinician and the team at our Staff Clinic, have been quietly but purposefully caring for staff welfare through the years, behind the scenes.
Be it reminders for regular health screenings or vaccination, they have always sought to avail the treatment earliest for our staff.

I had a recent health scare and saw for myself, the length they went through to expedite a swift review and follow-up care. Post-surgery, they continued to check on my recovery and wellbeing.

As a patient, I am immensely touched and grateful for their care and concern!
