A Journey Towards High Reliability
From 20 to 24 February 2023, the MOH Ensure Safer System (ESS) Baseline Assessment took place at NTFGH. Four assessors from the Joint Commission International (JCI) conducted a series of Patient & System Tracers and Building Tour activities. They spoke to numerous staff to understand our work processes and also assessed our facilities' adherence to safety processes.

JHC recognises the need to measure our practices against a robust, high standard of care to establish the baseline of our care practices. It is heartening to see Team JHC being open in sharing and be innovative in developing solutions to tackle the challenges. Let’s give ourselves a pat on our backs and strive to provide Right Care Right to every patient, at every encounter.
